What We Can Offer You: Very competitive compensation plan (best techs earn up to $190,000 ) A very busy shop no need for guarantees and minimums Performance-based bonuses Group benefits including health, dental, long-term disability and life insurance Employee purchase incentives on vehicles, parts and service (Hyundai and other brands) Ongoing factory and OEM training, support from other technicians No Sunday or holiday work we value work-life balance What We’re Looking For: Valid Ontario 310S license / Automotive Service Technician Certification of Qualification (Class A) 1 years of Automotive Technician experience dealership, flat-rate and Hyundai an asset Your Responsibilities: Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency, timeliness and in accordance with dealership standards Accurately diagnose the source of malfunctions using the appropriate best practices and techniques, diagnostic tools and special service equipment Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required Communicate with Service Managers to recommend additional repairs with honesty and transparency Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new vehicles Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage and perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications Perform road tests as necessary to ensure the job is done right the first time Provide clear and accurate documentation of all repairs If you feel that your skills, attitude and work ethic will be a good fit with our customer-first and team-first culture, we invite you to apply and take the next step in your career _Upon request, Kingscross will provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities to support participation of candidates in all aspects of the recruitment process.
