Precision Resource is a leading global supplier of precision metal components and assemblies. We are looking for a Corporate Controller to join our team on a permanent full‑time basis. Reporting to the Director of Finance/CFO you will ensure the reliability of financial information and the efficiency of accounting processes.

Summary:
The Corporate Controller will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the Corporate. The successful candidate will be committed to the highest level of integrity, trust and responsibility; bring a hands‑on approach to day‑to‑day operations, and exhibit strong analytical, leadership, planning, teamwork and management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly multi‑currency consolidated financial statements (US GAAP/IFRS)
- Provide analysis and financial commentary for monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Implement efficient financial policies
- Prepare all documentation for external audits worldwide
- Prepare the full annual consolidated financial statements and notes
- Ensuring accurate records and implementing internal controls
- Providing financial data for strategic decisions
- Preparing and assisting in budgeting and forecasting
- Assist Director of Finance in treasury‑related functions, business and strategic planning.
- Supporting Tax Manager on tax matters and filings.
- Assist multiple divisions in standard cost accounting and related analyses
- Assist in overseeing the US payroll and (k)
- Assist in preparing for annual insurance renewals.
Qualifications:
- CPA designation and Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
- Experience in consolidations of multinational operations, including foreign exchange
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Expert level MS Office suite
