A career as a Financial Planning Coordinator  with the Angus Watt Advisor Group at National Bank , will give you the opportunity to show your ability to work in synergy with clients and colleagues. In this role, you will help the Financial Planning Lead by coordinating all planning tasks, documentation, and client deliverables with accuracy and efficiency. This role ensures that financial planning processes run smoothly, enabling high‑quality advice, clear client experiences, and increased capacity for the planning team.

  • Client Scheduling, Meeting Coordination & Advisor Support

  • Discovery Meeting Preparation & Information Gathering

  • Planning Meeting Participation & Documentation

  • Documentation, Filing & Digital Profile Management

  • Client Onboarding & Workflow Execution

  • Cross ‑ Functional Support & Collaboration

  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules

Your team:

National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is the fifth largest investment brokerage firm in Canada. We have close to 1,000 investment advisors who manage the assets of more than 400,000 clients in about 100 branches. Reporting to the regional manager, you will team up with a wealth advisor to offer an exceptional client experience. Collaboration and partnership will be key to your success.

Prerequisites:

  • College diploma in a related field
  • At least 3 year of relevant experience in a related field such as banking operations, customer service, or administration
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite 
  • Organizational and priority management skills
