Our client is now in the market for an exceptional junior to mid-level Corporate Tax Associate to join their national team of experts in their Calgary office.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 1 - 4 years of post call experience as a corporate tax Lawyer from a reputable national, regional or boutique tax firm
- Experience in tax planning, compliance, and tax-focused corporate transactions
- Completion of in-depth Tax Course or LLM in tax would be considered an asset
- Strong technical skills in Tax planning
- Advisory experience
- Excellent organizational, project management and the ability to handle multiple time sensitive priorities.
- Excellent academic credentials
- Qualified to practice law in Canada
