Position Summary


Based in Vancouver or Toronto, this is an exciting opportunity to sit at the centre of a dynamic, high‑performing Investments team. Reporting to the Director, Investor Relations, the Associate, Investor Relations plays a key role in shaping investor‑facing materials by preparing accurate presentations and performance updates, maintaining high‑quality CRM data, and coordinating seamless meetings and reporting cycles. The role collaborates across multiple internal teams to gather insights that power clear, compelling investor communications. Success in this position requires strong analytical abilities, solid financial literacy, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. A detail‑oriented, proactive approach ensures smooth execution of all investor‑focused activities and contributes meaningfully to the team’s impact.


Key Responsibilities



  • Create and maintain investor documents, reporting and other materials as needed.

  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to gather information need to support the creation of materials and documents.

  • Assist in the preparation of investor presentations and marketing materials for events including but not limited to board or investor meetings.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and prepare all required materials for meetings

  • Create and maintain materials (requirements lists, questionnaires, etc.) to support investor interests.

  • Support with the completion of investor questionnaires and audits as required

  • Maintain investor database, recording interactions and meeting minutes

  • Manage the storage of all information and documents, ensuring information is available and is compliant with storage retention requirements.

  • Understand and interpret financial models to track performance, valuation, and key metrics.

  • Monitor industry news, analyst reports, and investor sentiment to identify themes, risks, and opportunities.


Required Knowledge & Skills



  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or relevant experience

  • 2-4 years of working in an investments or finance analytics environment an asset

  • Advanced knowledge of using and learning to use various Customer Relations Management platforms and other tools.

  • Self-starter who is passionate about investor relations

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate investor roadshows, including end‑to‑end logistics, scheduling, preparation of materials, and seamless execution of all administrative components.

  • Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment, with strong organizational skills and the ability to balance competing deadlines.

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills

  • High proficiency with MS Office Suite

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, with the ability to build, maintain and update complex financial models
