Job Description

  • Managing, analyzing and working towards resolutions of high value internal and external investigations related to account receivable and trade discrepancies by consistently delivering high quality, timely and error-free service under strict deadlines.

  • Investigating root cause of adjustments and identifying the appropriate resolving actions by utilizing alternative reconciliation case management systems (SWIFT messages, TPC accounts..) and applications (IntelliMatch, IntelliTracks…)



  • Support the banking clientaccounts reconciliation process including reviewing, investigating and resolving aged and new breaks on a timely basis.

  • Work with financial institutions, branches, and clients to provide solutions.

  • Mitigate risk exposure and loss prevention through collecting and analyzing trade and operation data.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as finance, business, or law. Advanced degree (e.g., JD, MBA) preferred.
  • Previous working experience (minimum of 1-3 years) from banking or financial services industries or consulting firm.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations, identify risks, and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work products.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and technologies such as Excel VBA, SQL, Python is a plus.
