As a dynamic and growing company, we pride ourselves on innovation, customer focus, and delivering exceptional value to all stakeholders. </p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b> </p><p><br></p><p><b>Collaborate with Development Teams: </b></p><ul><li>Define clear requirements, write user stories, and manage backlog grooming and sprint planning. </li><li>Clarify project goals, remove impediments, and support developers throughout the build process. </li><li>Provide day-to-day operational support for issue resolution, bug fixes, and enhancements. </li><li>Foster a shared vision and purpose across teams. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Project Monitoring & Execution: </b></p><ul><li>Oversee project progress across the development lifecycle. </li><li>Ensure deliverables meet requirements and undergo thorough functional and end-to-end testing. </li><li>Document and prioritize technical debt, issues, and fixes while devising plans to address them. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>AI for Productivity and Prototyping:</b></p><ul><li>Use AI tools to streamline daily workflows (requirements drafting, documentation, meeting summaries, insight generation) </li><li>Build quick no-code interactive prototypes to validate ideas or visualize user flows, using AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI to speed up prototyping </li><li>Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using AI to increase team efficiency </li><li>Ability to evaluate AI-driven product opportunities and translate them into actionable requirements. </li><li>Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance user workflows, automation, and rapid prototyping.
