Insight Global is looking for an Assistant Director of Business Systems and Analytics to work with one of the world’s best business schools within a top Ontario University.

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of course scheduling, enrollment, and records management. This person will works collaboratively with the University Registrar’s Office and Information Technology Services at both the university and faculty levels. In addition, this position plays a key role in data-driven decision making by generating data to support enrollment planning, rankings, survey analysis, and accreditation efforts. Major responsibilities include business process management and re-engineering, Salesforce administration, and data analysis and management.


Must Haves:


-Graduate degree (preferred in a related discipline e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics and Business Administration)

-Strong business acumen with the ability to succeed in a dynamic, changing environment and quickly find alternative solutions to challenges

-Experience with Salesforce administration- sets up workflow and tasks for the recruitment and admissions process

-Ability to research and analyze data through Excel and pivot tables


-Experience in database design and SQL programming

-Hands on experience working with Marketo

-Experience integrating new technologies with existing systems

-Change management experience


-Experience with Power BI for data analytics


Nice to Have

-Project Management experience


-Cross functional team collaboration experience

-Stakeholder management for process and policy changes

-Experience developing implementation plans

-Outside the box thinker with a drive to discover unique solutions


-Experience working with Lean Six Sigma and other process methodologies

-Experience creating job aids and training programs for staff at various levels of experience

This role is for a 2 year term and will involve coming to the client’s North York office 3 days a week.
