Asphalt Labourer – Commercial Paving Crew
Invictus Northwest Group is expanding our Asphalt & Drainage Division. We focus on commercial
paving, maintenance, and repair projects across the Greater Vancouver area. We are looking for
hardworking, reliable labourers to support our paving crews.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist with asphalt paving operations
• Prepare and clean work areas
• Support base prep and compaction work
• Load and unload materials and tools
• Maintain equipment and job site housekeeping
• Follow safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Team-oriented attitude
• Previous construction experience is an asset but not required
Compensation:
$22–$28 per hour (based on experience) Opportunity for wage increases Overtime pay when
applicable On-the-job training and growth opportunities
