Schedule:Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Contract:May 6th, 2024, to May 6th, 2025

Compensation will be determined based on the number of credits completed at time of offer. Should additional credits be received during employment you may submit this to your manager for salary adjustment.

Job Purpose

Join the AREXVY marketing team and be a part of a legendary launch of Canada’s first RSV vaccine! AREXVY has the potential to impact millions of older Canadians by protecting them from a serious and common respiratory infection. The RSV market is a dynamic space with many opportunities and stakeholders, which makes this a great opportunity to learn about vaccines, the healthcare system, and the commercial organization. In this role, you will help execute AREXVY’s strategic plans to drive the adoption by engaging with HCPs and other key stakeholders through various channels.

Reporting to HCP Marketing Manager, the AREXVY Marketing Associate will work closely with other AREXVY marketers and will work collaboratively with the wider cross-functional team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of HCP marketing activities including market research and insight gathering, internal communications, and development of training and promotional materials.



Details (Your Responsibilities):

  • Build and deploy promotional tools which target HCPs through sales activities and digital channels.
  • In collaboration with AREXVY’s selling excellence partner, build training materials and communications which support the sales team.
  • Support market research projects and prepare reports which gather insights from sales data, activity performance, and other sources to make tactical recommendations.
  • Support the organization and implementation of key internal meetings.
  • Support with day-to-day administrative activities such as submitting POs, managing content lab, working with translation team, and more.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or business.
  • Strong sense of accountability and desire to achieve positive results.
  • Creative and strategic team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively in team-based environment.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingualism (English/French).
  • Experience in marketing.
