This Job Is Not for Everyone (Read This)
This is physically demanding, fast-paced work. You'll be moving equipment, climbing stairs, working on your feet, and staying sharp all day. If you're not fit or don't like physical work, you will not enjoy this role.
You'll also be in a customer's home for 2–4 hours per job, so strong customer service is a must.
What You'll Do
- Clean HVAC duct systems in residential and commercial properties
- Move and set up equipment (vacuum, hoses, tools) safely and efficiently
- Provide a professional, friendly customer experience while working in the home
- Communicate clearly (explain process, answer questions, handle concerns)
- Troubleshoot basic equipment / job-site issues and manage your day
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and company standards.
Physical Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Able to lift and maneuver up to 150 lbs for short periods (equipment handling)
- Comfortable carrying equipment up/down stairs and working in tight spaces
- Able to work on your feet for long periods and keep a steady pace
- Able to work in dusty environments
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Valid driver's license
- Must own a reliable car (required) — many jobs are in rural/country areas and across our service area
- Must be able to reliably commute daily to job sites across Winnipeg + surrounding communities (south of downtown to Niverville area)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Clean criminal record
- High school diploma
