<p><h3>AI/ML Developer</h3><p>Fujitsu Canada is seeking a full-time, permanent AI/ML Developer to support enterprise-scale Knowledge Management (KM) modernization projects. This role emphasizes advanced AI, machine learning, and natural language processing capabilities to deliver intelligent, scalable, and semantically enriched KM solutions.</p>
<h3>Top Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computational Linguistics or related field.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers.</li>
<li>Experience with supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models.</li>
<li>Expertise in NLP including tokenization, entity recognition, topic modeling, and semantic search.</li>
<li>Experience with knowledge graph construction and querying (RDF, SPARQL).</li>
<li>Familiarity with AI-based content rewriting and contradiction detection.</li>

<li>Build and query knowledge graphs using RDF, SPARQL, and ontology design.</li>
<li>Apply clustering algorithms and semantic similarity models to detect duplicates and contradictions.</li>
<li>Integrate AI frameworks with SharePoint Online, Copilot, and KM platforms.</li>
<li>Automate content rewriting and readability analysis using AI-based tools.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support iterative development and agile delivery.</li>
<li>Contribute to the design of scalable knowledge frameworks and topic architectures.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Mandatory Skills</h3>
