Job Responsibilities
- Coach Product Group Owners who are Senior Manager/AVPs.
- Coach multiple teams some of which are part of an Agile Release Trains (team-of-teams).
- This role is focused on coaching the teams and SMs – not delivery or project management.
Skills and Experience Required
Required
- 3-5 years of coaching experience across multiple teams.
- Highly skilled with Scrum and Kanban practices. Both are must-haves because the Lines of Business have both type of teams.
- Proficient with flow metrics Lead/Cycle time, predictability, throughput.
- Highly proficient in Jira & Confluence.
- Experience with Objective and Key Results (OKR) coaching.
- Professional Kanban level 1 or Professional Scrum with Kanban certification.
Desired
- Leadership coaching.
- Team Kanban Practitioner certification.
- Banking experience.
