<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Aesthetic Registered Nurse Opportunity with Foundation Health</strong></p><p>This role requires the Aesthetic Registered Nurse to have their own client list to bring to the clinic. They will have full use of a treatment room, reception and facilities.</p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>Aesthetic Registered Nurses provide care to individuals who need assistance as they deal with the effects of aging, injury, surgery, or illness. </p><p>As an Aesthetic Nurse, you will: </p><ul><li>Conduct consultations to assess patient needs and recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments. </li></ul><ul><li>Administer non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to: </li></ul><ul><li>Neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport) </li></ul><ul></ul><ul><li>Dermal fillers </li></ul><ul><li>Laser treatments (hair removal, skin resurfacing) </li></ul><ul><li>Microneedling, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation </li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans. </li></ul><ul><li>Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and professional nursing standards. </li></ul><ul><li>Manage medical inventory and sterilize equipment as required. </li></ul><ul><li>Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments and industry trends. </li></ul><ul><li>Provide excellent patient care, ensuring a positive and professional experience. </li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p><ul><li>Have one of the following qualifications: </li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BScN) </li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor of Nursing degree (BN) </li></ul><ul><li>Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario </li></ul><ul><li>Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) licensed to practice in Ontario (CNO registration required). </li></ul><ul><li>Additional certification in medical aesthetics (e.g., Botox and filler training) is an asset. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical aesthetics preferred. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques. </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and patient safety. </li></ul><p><strong>About Foundation Health</strong></p><p>Foundation Health is a patient-focused healthcare company specializing in family medicine, allied health, home care, self-testing products ranging from pregnancy and fertility to COVID-19 and flu, and virtual care. </p><p>Through our family medicine clinic in Etobicoke, we offer a range of different healthcare options for patients. </p><p>With a fun, friendly and results-driven culture, working with Foundation Health is an opportunity tobe rewardedfor your contributions to a growing company, while helping Canadians through a patient-centered care approach. </p><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer </strong></p><p>Foundation Health proudly celebrates the diversity in our country and amongst our staff.We strongly encourage applications from people of under-represented communities, including Indigenous, migrant, people of color and LGBTQ2S+ individuals. </p><p></p></p></p>
