As the Administrative Coordinator in our Ballina office, you will play a vital role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
We need someone with strong organizational skills that is also capable of thinking on your feet and reasoning out solutions to unexpected problems. If you are a detail-orientated individual with a can-do attitude, we want to hear from youResponsibilities:Providing day-to-day support with general administrative functions for the senior and executive management team needs (I.E: meeting coordination, travel support, team-building efforts, corporate event support, phone and email communication)Helping the team with messaging, writing, editing, researching, and related support for external and internal communications, as neededCollaborating with and supporting operations team on key projects, new pursuits, and other ad-hoc initiativesManaging key expense reports, invoicing, and purchasing transactionsTracking budgets, forecasts, and preparing related reports for team and company useManaging, scheduling, and documenting team and client meetingsQualifications:2 years of administrative experience; preferably in the construction industryNatural organizer and able to prioritize multiple tasks;Bachelor degree in a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAble to maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality;Proficient user of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)Details:Based in the Fraser ValleyValid drivers licenseCompensation commensurate on experience
