Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for creating reports, maintaining databases and records, and handling confidential information.

Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with administrative support tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and document preparation
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
