The Mason Group is privileged to have been chosen to partner with our highly successful client to assist them in filling this role. Reporting to the Vice President, the primary scope of your responsibilities will include full cycle AP, including processing vendor invoices, reviewing and processing employee expense accounts, and weekly payment runs. There are also several special IT projects on the got to add variety.
You are passionate and care deeply about producing an accurate and timely product and providing unparalleled excellence in your approach to customer service both internally and externally.
You are experienced in a full-cycle Accounts Payable role within an ERP environment. Exceptional critical thinking skills, business acumen and polished communications round out your soft skills. The delivery of excellence in all that you do is second nature to you.
You are humble yet confident in your abilities and have enough relevant experience that you are comfortable working fairly independently while contributing to this close knit, top-tier corporate team.
