We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with payable.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Manage accounts Payable, including invoicing and tracking payments.
- Enter financial data into accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.
- Respond to inquiries related to accounts and provide support as needed.
Requirements
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting system is required.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus but not mandatory.
