Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain new business and strong, long-lasting client relationships by pre-call planning, cross-selling and consistently following up with prospects
  • Maintain detailed records of business to increase the efficiency of the sales cycle
  • Meet monthly and annual revenue goals
  • Ensure excellent client satisfaction by establishing effective communication between clients and recruiting teams to acquire sales leads and promote open jobs
  • Engage and prepare candidates for the interview and hiring process
  • Negotiate contract terms and establish suitable business arrangements
  • Developing a solid understanding of the Information Technology industry and continuously updating knowledge through conferences, research and more
  • Meeting customer requirements, revenue growth targets and maximizing revenue opportunities by building a successful pipeline of new prospects
  • Focus on competitor analysis pursuits to solidify SRA’s market positioning and growth.
  • Develop long term client relationships, attain new clients, and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience as an Account Manager/Business Development Manager in the IT Consulting and Staffing space
  • Must have directly worked with fortune 1000 clients in the past
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in sales, business administration or equivalent work experience
  • Proven knowledge and experience in the recruitment industry
  • Management experience or experience leading a team is an asset, preferably private sector experience
  • Strong negotiation, managerial and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
