Position: Account Executive, SaaS Solutions

Mirlin Technologies, a leader in the Transportation industry and provider of SaaS software solutions in Fleet Management and Maintenance, is seeking a dynamic Account Executive. This role requires expertise in selling SaaS solutions to large and medium sized businesses that primarily operate commercial vehicles and equipment, managing and growing customer accounts, and providing tailored solutions for effective fleet and business management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand sales techniques, navigate the sales cycle, and negotiate and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at C-level and manager level, fostering trust and long-term strategic supplier relationships.
  • Analyze customer and prospect attributes to score against ICP and develop tailored account strategies.
  • Manage and track sales opportunities through the pipeline to achieve sales goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience and proven success as an Account Executive, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role in the software industry.
  • Experience and proven success with the Challenger Sale methodology is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS products and technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with business processes, lean process optimization principles, is considered an asset.
  • Personal interest in and mechanical aptitude of passenger or commercial vehicle maintenance is considered an asset.
