Account Director

Job Description

We are looking for an Account Director with a strong integrated marketing background to join our team in Toronto. The role will support a leading global agriculture client’s Canadian business across multiple portfolios of brands. The account operates within a highly integrated model spanning strategy, creative, digital, media, social, and field activation.

We are looking for someone who can independently run initiatives, and contribute to brand and portfolio planning, translating strategy into integrated marketing programs. This person will take a leadership role on the day-to-day management of the client’s business, looking beyond their marketing needs as a proactive partner in reaching their objectives. The Account Director works closely with creative, strategy and production to champion big ideas and make them a reality.

• Help deliver impactful creative solutions that drive brand growth and resonate with agricultural audiences
• Drive the brand forward in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment

Who You Will Be…

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required
• 7+ years related experience in marketing
• 5+ years agency experience preferred
• Experience working with high-touch clients in a highly matrixed organization
• Experience working on a fast-paced business in a highly competitive and evolving industry
• Organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently between accounts and projects

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 per year. Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
