Parallel is looking for a Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our team!
This position starts at $17/hr. plus tips (tips distributed weekly). Wage increases after 3 month probation period depending on job performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish sink
- Empty trash containers regularly
- Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
- Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
- Assist in basic daily preparation.
- Clean equipment.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
QUALIFICATIONS & KEY ATTRIBUTES
- Ability to work independently.
- Organizational Skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible schedule (must be available evenings and weekends)
