Daily Responsibilities:
• Fulfilling ad hoc requests for historical data from the datahub (SQL Server) and our unstructured data sources (NAS Drive / IBM CM)
• Raising any discrepancies with historical data post production for resolution and/or documentation
• Supporting development of documentation of definitions to historical data
• Supporting automation and standardization of data pulls for identified historical data requests
What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role?
Python, SQL must have
Must-have Skills/Experiences:
- We are looking to ensure that the resource is proficient in Python and SQL, is experienced in stakeholder management and a highly effective communicator. We are also looking for someone who can translate business requirements into technical requirements. Very high data literacy is a must-have.
- Will be dealing with data from Emerald project, must have strong knowledge of HR data, doesn’t require help with interpretation (i.e. performance information, leave of absences, break of services) Python (pandas), SQL, documentation. General understanding how enterprise will be using the data.
- 1-2 years technical experience, but more years of progressive HR experience.
Nice-to-have Skills/Experience:
HR knowledge is a very strong nice-to-have.
