The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources efforts across North America by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Support with the development of recruitment and onboarding initiatives
- Conduct performance management and provide feedback
- Management in the delivery of core HR and employee relations.
- Manage employee relations
- Managing HR policies & procedures
- Lead health & safety initiatives
- Implement various HR programs and initiatives
- Enhance company culture and brand awareness
- Partner with leadership and management for daily support
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources
- CHRP is an asset
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgment
