Full Job Description
SHARP SECURITY fulfills an important role for our clients and employees. This Security Guard position helps maintain a safe and secure property for our client by actively monitoring the premises, including foot-patrolling interior as well as exterior areas in a stipulated routine. This Security Guard position aims to deliver a positive Customer Service experience while enforcing policies for our client.
If you have at least 1 (one) year of prior experience working in Customer Service and Sales industry, along with Security industry, you are a great fit for our team.

We offer:

- Full uniform and replacements as required
- Semi-Annual, Annual, and/or performance based Bonuses
- Commuter cost subsidy for qualifying applicants
Requirements:
- Possess a valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Pass a Criminal Background check during employment tenure
- Experienced as a referenceable Security Professional for at least one year
- Capable to lift mail-related loads up to 25 lbs.
- Responsible and reliable commitment towards duties and schedule.
- Customer service oriented
- Strategically organized and punctual
- Skilled in coping with pressure to meet designated timelines
- Skilled in responding to stressful situations with efficiency
- Capable of keeping a professional outlook throughout the duration of incidents even under duress
- Up to date knowledge and understanding of Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005
Optional Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License (Class G)
- Access to a Vehicle
- Use of Force Training
- Advanced Computer & Technological experience
